The Liberty Group is proud to announce the new Branch Manager of our Denver office, Tomas Sanchez. With over 7 years of multifamily experience, Tomas started in this business as a temporary candidate and found his career in multi-family. Having worked for and with a staffing firm from the beginning of his career in the industry, he is fully versed in the staffing process. He has worked for 3 major property management companies and through onsite experience, he specializes in the onboarding process for our candidates and understanding and overcoming the nuances of different environments and scenarios.
Tomas has been described by his peers as extremely PEOPLE FOCUSED. People are his passion and purpose. He loves to train and mentor and has vast experience in sales, and also measured customer sentiment, project management and property takeovers. Adaptability can be taught with kindness, and that is why he is excited to share what he has learned.
He has a BA in Sociology and an MBA in Management and Strategy and looks forward to applying his formal education with his property management experience with the Denver team.
Outside of work, Tomas and his spouse like to spend time with their 1-year-old puppy Macie, travel together and explore different dog friendly areas across the United States. Welcome aboard Tomas! We are so excited to have you!
