The Liberty Group Chicago is happy welcome Brittany Vaca as the branch manager of our Chicago office in March and she has already become an exciting addition! With over 11 years of experience in the Chicago multi-family industry, Brittany brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team.
After starting her career in property management as a licensed leasing consultant, Brittany quickly moved up the ladder and found her niche in the operations side of the industry. She has worked as a property manager for both nationally ranked and Chicago-based management companies, earning 3rd party and owner-operated onsite experience. Her desire to streamline processes for building owners and residents in the most effective ways has made her an invaluable asset to the property teams. Brittany prides herself in her attention to detail and financial management, but exercises her leadership skills by seeking out the personality traits and love languages of her teammates to see what works best for them and what makes their worlds go ‘round. She has a very “get it done” attitude, but makes it fun! She earned her CAM certification in 2018, and continues to stay connected in the close-knit Chicago market.
In her free time, Brittany thrives as a wife and mom of a very busy 1-year-old. Her passion is home design, and she spends all of her money at Home Goods and Target. You can either find her at home hosting friends and family around the kitchen island, in a Peloton class (Robin’s wolf pack!), or out trying new restaurants in the West Loop.
