We're hiring a Pool Attendant to support our apartment community for the upcoming pool season! This is NOT a lifeguard position – no certifications required. We're looking for someone friendly, responsible, and dependable to help create a safe and welcoming pool environment for residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests with a warm, professional attitude
Set up and organize pool furniture (umbrellas, chairs, loungers, etc.)
Monitor pool area and enforce community safety rules
Open and close the pool area following daily checklist
Check pool passes and ensures authorized access
Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
Report incidents or maintenance needs to property management
Perform basic inspections and assist with pool upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable lifting/moving pool furniture and equipment
Willingness to work outdoors in a summer environment
Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
Interested in learning basic pool operations and equipment use
