Nationally recognized apartment management company is hiring for advanced Property Managers to start immediately.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversees daily property operations and onsite staff

Manages tenant relations, leases, and rent collections

Coordinates maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships

Ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations

Handles budgeting, reporting, and expense control

Addresses resident concerns and resolves issues promptly

Maintains property standards, curb appeal, and occupancy goals
Required Qualifications:
Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
Apartment software experience is a bonus.
Valid I.D. Required
Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.
Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
