Apartment Maintenance Technician – Property Management

We're actively connecting with experienced apartment maintenance professionals throughout Providence and the surrounding area as we continue growing our property management staffing network in Rhode Island.

Potential Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders and general apartment repairs.

Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.

Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in preparations.

Perform preventative maintenance throughout residential communities.

Complete painting, drywall repairs, fixture replacements, and general property upkeep.

Communicate professionally with residents and property management staff.
Qualifications:

Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and general maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.

Dependable transportation and strong work ethic.
-
EPA/HVAC certifications are a plus.
