What We're Looking For:

Experience working in apartment communities or multifamily housing.

General plumbing repairs, including toilets, faucets, drains, and leaks.

Basic electrical troubleshooting, including outlets, switches, and fixtures.

Appliance repairs and troubleshooting.

Apartment turnovers, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
-
HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and complete maintenance requests efficiently.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Previous experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, or Maintenance Supervisor.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

A professional attitude and the ability to work with residents and onsite teams.
