Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Technician – Brockton, MA
Pay: $23–$30/hour
The Liberty Group is building our South Shore maintenance team and looking for dependable maintenance and make-ready professionals for apartment communities throughout Brockton and surrounding areas.
Whether your strength is apartment turns and painting or you're an experienced maintenance technician, we'd like to hear from you.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Apartment turnovers and make-readies
- Patching and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Fixture and hardware replacement
- General repairs
- Grounds and property upkeep
- Assisting maintenance teams with work orders
What we're looking for:
- Previous maintenance, painting, construction, facilities, or handyman experience
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Reliable transportation
- Multifamily experience is preferred for some assignments but not required for every opportunity
- HVAC/EPA certifications and trade licenses are a plus
Pay: $23–$30/hour depending on experience, skills, and assignment requirements. Higher-end rates typically require stronger technical experience, advanced maintenance skills, and/or applicable certifications or licenses.
Temporary, project-based, long-term, and temp-to-hire opportunities may be available.
