Apartment Maintenance Technician – Boston, MA
Pay: $24–$32/hour
The Liberty Group is actively hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for opportunities throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area.
We partner with apartment communities across the region and are looking for maintenance professionals at a variety of skill levels. Opportunities may include temporary, long-term, and temp-to-hire positions.
What you may be doing:
- Completing resident work orders
- Apartment turns and make-readies
- Painting, patching, and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting and repair
- Preventative maintenance
- General property and grounds upkeep
What we're looking for:
- Apartment maintenance, facilities, residential maintenance, construction, or similar hands-on experience
- Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or unit turns is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependability and professional communication
- HVAC/EPA certifications and trade licenses are highly valued but are not required for all opportunities
Pay: $24–$32/hour based on experience, skill level, certifications/licenses, and assignment requirements. Rates at the higher end of the range are generally reserved for highly experienced technicians with advanced skills and/or applicable certifications or trade licenses.
