The Liberty Group is actively hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for current and upcoming opportunities throughout Worcester and the surrounding area.
We are looking for dependable, hands-on maintenance professionals with experience in apartment communities, residential properties, facilities maintenance, or similar environments.
Responsibilities may include:
- Apartment turns and make-readies
- Completing resident work orders
- Painting and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting
- General handyman and carpentry work
- Preventative maintenance
- Property and grounds upkeep
- Supporting onsite maintenance teams
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
- Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
EPA/HVAC certification is a plus for certain opportunities but is not required for every assignment.
