Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Work

The Liberty Group is actively hiring Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Wareham, Plymouth, and the surrounding South Shore area.

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment turns and make-readies

• Handle resident work orders

• Perform basic plumbing repairs including toilets, faucets, drains, and leaks

• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and replace fixtures

• Complete drywall patching, painting, and touch-ups

• Perform basic carpentry and hardware repairs

• Troubleshoot and repair appliances

• Assist with preventive maintenance

• Maintain common areas, grounds, and property appearance

• Perform HVAC-related work based on experience and certification

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates with hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, facilities, hotels, senior living, housing, or other building maintenance environments.

You should have:

• Hands-on maintenance or skilled trades experience

• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or appliance repair

• Ability to complete work orders independently

• Reliable transportation

• A dependable work history

• Availability for daytime schedules

EPA/HVAC, CPO, OSHA, plumbing, electrical, or other trade certifications are a plus, but are not required for every opportunity.
