The Liberty Group is hiring dependable Apartment Porters / Groundskeepers to help keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming.
Pay ranges — depending on experience.

6+ months general labor / porter / groundskeeping experience
Valid government-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Able to safely lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
What you’ll do
Pick up trash and debris around the property
Assist with trash-outs and general property clean-up
Power wash sidewalks, breezeways, and exterior areas
Replace light bulbs, switch plates, and A/C filters as needed
Check smoke alarms and replace batteries as directed
Support maintenance/office teams with day-to-day community upkeep
Preferred (not required)
Pool cleaning experience and familiarity with pool chemicals
Apartment community porter/grounds experience
Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) if you also have general labor experience
