Maintenance Technician – Apartments – Immediate Start
Pay: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience

The Liberty Group is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate full-time assignment in East Wareham. This is a hands-on opportunity with consistent weekday hours at a professionally managed residential community.
We are open to candidates with experience in apartments, residential maintenance, hotels, facilities, construction, remodeling, painting, or general repairs.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Completing apartment turnovers
- Responding to basic resident service requests
- Painting and repairing drywall
- Troubleshooting plumbing and electrical issues
- Repairing fixtures, hardware, and appliances
- Preparing vacant apartments for move-in
- Helping maintain common areas and property grounds
- Supporting the onsite maintenance team as needed
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous maintenance, construction, or repair experience
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
- Reliable transportation to East Wareham
- Basic hand tools
- Strong attendance and a good work ethic
- The ability to work safely and efficiently
- Professional communication skills
EPA or HVAC experience is helpful but is not required for every candidate.
