Responsibilities include:
- Completing resident service requests
- Troubleshooting basic plumbing and electrical issues
- Repairing appliances and fixtures
- Completing apartment turnovers and make-readies
- Painting and performing drywall repairs
- Changing locks, hardware, and light fixtures
- Assisting with preventive maintenance
- Maintaining professional communication with residents
What we’re looking for:
- Previous apartment, residential, hotel, or building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and painting
- Reliable transportation to Lowell
- Basic hand tools
- Strong attendance and follow-through
- Comfortable interacting with residents
- Interested in a long-term opportunity
EPA or HVAC certification is a plus but is not required to apply.
