Apartment Turnover Technician – Immediate Summer Work
Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Willington, CT
Assignment: Immediate start through at least mid-August

The Liberty Group is hiring Apartment Turnover Technicians to help prepare student apartments for upcoming move-ins. This is a hands-on position with consistent weekday hours and an immediate start.
Experience in apartment maintenance is helpful, but we will also consider candidates with painting, construction, remodeling, handyman, hotel maintenance, or general labor experience.
Your day may include:
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
- Painting and completing drywall touch-ups
- Replacing hardware, blinds, fixtures, and other items
- Completing minor plumbing and maintenance repairs
- Moving materials and removing debris
- Inspecting apartments for move-in readiness
- Keeping units and work areas clean
- Helping the team meet turnover deadlines
You should have:
- Maintenance, painting, construction, renovation, or similar experience
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to Willington
- The ability to work on your feet and lift maintenance supplies
- Strong attendance and the ability to start quickly
- A team-focused attitude
