Pay: $25–$27/hour
Location: Lowell / Lawrence (local sites)
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate start
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete daily work orders (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
- Turn apartments and prepare units for move-in
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Work independently and as part of a team
What You Need:
- Hands-on maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, construction, or similar)
- Basic tools and ability to use them
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license
