The Liberty Group is immediately hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multifamily communities in the Brockton area.

What You Will Do
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns, punch work, repairs)
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
- Document completed work in work order systems
- Provide professional, resident-focused service
What We’re Looking For
- Maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, construction, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Own basic tools
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Multifamily or apartment maintenance
- Hotel or facilities maintenance
- Construction or rehab work
