Apartment Maintenance Technician – Springfield, MA
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multifamily communities in the Springfield area.

Pay: $24–$26/hour (based on experience)
What You Will Do
- Respond to and complete resident maintenance service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in including turns, punch work, and repairs
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds and common areas
- Record work completed in maintenance logs and work order systems
- Provide professional customer service to residents and onsite teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months onsite apartment maintenance experience or equivalent property maintenance experience required
- Must have own vehicle and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation required for site access and potential travel between nearby properties
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and hand/power tools
- Must have own tools required for daily maintenance work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Apartment community maintenance or multifamily property maintenance
- Hotel maintenance or facilities background
- Construction, carpentry, or rehab experience with tenant-facing work
