Apartment Maintenance Technician – Hiring Now
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.
Pay: $20 – $25/hr (based on experience)

- 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
- Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)
What you’ll do
- Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
- Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
- Document work completed in maintenance logs
- Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
Preferred (not required)
- A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
- Strong make-ready/turn experience
- Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
