The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for an Apartment Community Maintenance Technician.
Pay: $24-$26/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds and common areas
- Manage records of activity in the maintenance log
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of onsite apartment maintenance experience or basic construction/handyman experience
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and use of hand tools
- Valid ID required
- Must have own vehicle / reliable transportation
- Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
- A/C certification is a plus and pays more
