Apartment Leasing Consultant | Vernon / Hartford Area
The Liberty Group is seeking an outgoing, polished and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant for an upcoming opportunity in the Vernon/Hartford area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional—or someone with a strong background in sales, hospitality, customer service or residential property management—who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

Greet prospective and current residents

Answer leasing inquiries by phone and email

Schedule appointments and property tours

Tour prospective residents through apartments and amenities

Follow up with prospects and leads

Assist with rental applications and required documentation

Maintain accurate prospect and resident information

Provide excellent resident service

Support renewals and other leasing activities

Assist the onsite team with general administrative responsibilities
What We're Looking For

Previous apartment leasing experience preferred

Strong sales or customer service experience

Professional verbal and written communication

Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with prospective residents

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable using computers and learning property management software

Reliable transportation

Dependable attendance
Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, hotels, luxury retail, sales, real estate or customer-facing office environments are encouraged to apply.
Location: Vernon / Greater Hartford area
Schedule: Full-time; weekend availability may be required depending on assignment
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
