The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Affordable Housing Specialists, Occupancy Specialists, and Property Management professionals with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 experience.
Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

- 6+ months of Affordable Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, or Section 8 property management experience
- Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
- Valid government-issued ID
- Experience processing certifications and/or recertifications
- Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and affordable housing compliance regulations
- Comfortable working with property management software, resident files, and compliance documentation
What you’ll do
- Process resident applications, certifications, and annual/interim recertifications
- Verify income, assets, and household eligibility in accordance with HUD and LIHTC guidelines
- Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations
- Coordinate with applicants, residents, and third-party agencies to obtain required documentation
- Assist with move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
- Prepare reports and documentation for compliance reviews, audits, and management
Preferred (not required)
- Experience with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, or other affordable housing programs
- Knowledge of EIV, TRACS, HOTMA, or other compliance platforms
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, Entrata, AppFolio, or similar property management software
- COS, TCS, HCCP, or other affordable housing/compliance certifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
