Apartment – Affordable Housing Leasing Consultant

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Affordable Apartment Leasing Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with prospective residents
- Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
- Securing lease agreements
- Initiate the process to screen prospective residents
- Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals
- Assists with property marketing activities and resident events
Required Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
- Apartment software experience is a bonus.
- Valid I.D. Required
- Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
- Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.
Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!

Pay range- $22-$23 per hour
