Centralized Leasing Specialist

A growing Houston-area property management company is hiring a Centralized Leasing Specialist to support leasing for a large single-family rental and build-to-rent portfolio.
This is an office-based role focused on the leasing process from lead to lease. You’ll work with AI-supported leasing tools, step in when prospects need human support, and help create a smooth leasing experience from first contact through move-in.
What You’ll Do
- Support prospects from inquiry to move-in
- Step in when AI communication needs human follow-up
- Communicate by phone, email, and related platforms
- Work in AppFolio and similar systems
- Help deliver a smooth, professional leasing experience
- Support a growing centralized leasing function.
What We’re Looking For
- Leasing experience in property management or related real estate
- AppFolio experience preferred
- Yardi or similar software experience is a plus
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Leadership potential is a plus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional limited after-hours follow-up may be needed.
