Leasing Consultant – Multifamily Communities
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our multifamily housing team. This role supports residential communities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a strong resident experience.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct leasing activities including tours, applications, and move-in coordination
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely, professional manner
- Support resident relations and general community operations
- Maintain accurate leasing files and documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the on-site team
Qualifications:
- Apartment leasing experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with basic administrative systems and software (Yardi experience a plus)
Compensation:
- $22–$24 per hour, based on experience
