The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Housekeepers needed for Apartment Communities!
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleans vacant apartment units thoroughly including, but not limited to, disinfecting appliances and bathrooms, soaking light fixtures, mopping floors, and cleaning all woodwork, appliances, and windows.
- Cleans model apartments to ensure neatness, cleanliness and ready for prospective residents.
- Cleans other property facilities including the office, laundry rooms, fitness center, and club house as scheduled and as needed.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
- Manage Supply inventory
Required Qualifications:
- Residential move-in/move-out cleaning experience
- Valid I.D. Required
- Have reliable transportation
- The ability to safely lift 25 pounds
Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Hotel, Rehab, Condo, Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, all a plus!
