Apartment Groundskeeper
Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable Apartment Porter – Groundskeeper to help keep our community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained!
The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Porters – Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor for Apartment Communities
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick up trash & debris from grounds
- Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
- Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
- Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
- Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of general labor experience
- Have reliable transportation
- Valid I.D. Required
- The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
