Concierge – Luxury Multifamily Community (Mid-Shift & Overnight Openings)

We are currently seeking two experienced Concierges to join our luxury residential communities—one for a mid-shift schedule and one for an overnight schedule.

This is not a traditional front desk role. We are looking for individuals who naturally operate at a high level of service, with a strong ability to anticipate resident needs, take ownership in real time, and deliver a seamless, elevated experience in every interaction.

Our ideal candidates bring a hospitality-driven mindset and thrive in environments where discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail are non-negotiable. Residents expect a refined, highly responsive experience, and our Concierge team plays a key role in setting that tone every day and night.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests with a polished, professional presence
  • Deliver anticipatory, solutions-first service in all interactions
  • Handle resident requests, guest recovery situations, and service needs with immediate ownership and discretion
  • Support building operations with strong communication and attention to detail
  • Maintain a calm, composed, and service-oriented environment at all times
  • Ensure a seamless resident experience across all touchpoints

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or elevated customer service environments
  • Strong instincts around ownership, urgency, and problem-solving
  • Professional presence with exceptional communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong situational awareness
  • Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in fast-moving or high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work either a mid-shift or overnight schedule

Why join us:
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-standard residential experience where service is intentional, refined, and highly valued. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering a best-in-class living experience for residents who expect nothing less.

Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
