The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.
Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification (as required for the role)
6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
Valid government-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
What you’ll do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems
Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally
Prepare vacant apartments for “make-ready” / turn status (repairs + improvements)
Maintain grounds and common areas
Document work completed in maintenance logs
Prioritize multiple work orders and deliver great resident customer service
Preferred (not required)
Strong apartment turn / make-ready experience
Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, carpentry, rehab, condo) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
