The Liberty Group is hiring experienced, certified Maintenance Technicians to keep apartments running smoothly and residents happy.
What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and other mechanical systems

Respond to and complete resident service requests promptly
-
Prepare vacant units for market-ready status with repairs and improvements
-
Maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas
-
Keep accurate maintenance logs
-
Multi-task and prioritize while providing outstanding customer service
What You Need
-
A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
-
Minimum 6 months onsite maintenance experience
-
Valid ID and reliable transportation

Own tools to perform maintenance duties
Pay: $19–$25/hour depending on experience
