Apartment Assistant Manager (Bilingual) – Leasing Consultant

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for an experienced Apartment Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant to support onsite leasing, resident relations, and community operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and office administration
- Interact with prospective residents and provide high-quality community tours
- Communicate the value and overall resident experience of the community
- Secure lease agreements and help meet/exceed leasing goals
- Initiate the screening process for prospective residents (applications, verifications, etc.)
- Communicate lease expirations and assist with lease renewals/retention efforts
- Assist with resident events, marketing outreach, and social/media marketing as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents and help resolve concerns professionally
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) — bilingual candidates are always in high demand
- Must be familiar with apartment / multifamily leasing and Fair Housing
- Valid I.D. required
- Minimum 6 months onsite apartment leasing experience required (assistant manager experience preferred)
- Apartment software experience is a plus (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, Entrata, etc.)
Preferred Experience (Plus)
- Luxury properties
- Lease-ups
- Rehab/Renovation communities
- Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience
