Apartment Assistant Community Manager
Join our team as an Assistant Community Manager and help support operations while creating a positive resident experience!
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Assistant Community Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the community
- Supporting leasing activities, including touring and securing leases
- Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
- Assisting with rent collections, delinquency, and financial processes
- Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals
- Responding to resident concerns and providing excellent customer service
- Assists with property marketing activities and resident events
Required Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family property management and Fair Housing.
- Apartment software experience is a bonus.
- Valid I.D. Required
- Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing or property management required.
- Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.
Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
