We are excited to announce that Carrie Floyd has joined The Liberty Group as Branch Manager of the Inland Empire office. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry and a genuine interest in training and leadership, Carrie is a fantastic addition to the Liberty team.
After being introduced to the multifamily industry in the late 90’s, Carrie developed a passion for finding the best ROI solutions for her customers. Over the next two decades, she successfully found her stride in advertising with Apartments.com and RentPath by cultivating strong client relationships spanning over 14 states in the western United States and was recently a 2019 President Club recipient with RentPath. As her career evolved, Carrie became a liaison to various job placements in the industry, ranging from leasing agents, regional managers, and fellow vendors, which led her to finding her calling in staffing solutions.
With a passion for paying-it-forward, Carrie has donated her time serving on apartment association committees and co-chaired events with the Apex Awards, AAOC, IREM, and AAGIE. She currently volunteers with several programs including meal deliveries for cancer patients, Adopt-a-Family, and St. Jude cancer research. She has also served as a board member and advocate for her children’s sports associations.
When she isn’t working or volunteering, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and their two daughters taking the RV to the beach and off-roading in the desert. She lives her life according to her daily motto to “leave the world a little bit better than you found it.”
