Founded almost five decades ago, The Liberty Group began as an executive search firm serving the Houston multifamily and commercial real estate markets. 1977–1980s
Liberty begins as an executive search firm, building deep expertise and trusted relationships within the multifamily and commercial real estate industries.1990
As client needs expanded, Liberty introduced temporary staffing services for the Houston multifamily housing industry. Rapid demand led to broader support across office and professional roles, allowing clients to scale their teams with confidence.1995
Liberty Screening Services was launched to meet growing demand for pre-employment screening, background checks, and drug testing. This addition created a more seamless hiring experience and strengthened Liberty’s ability to support clients end-to-end.2000s
