We're interested in connecting with experienced Maintenance Technicians, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Supervisors who are looking for their next opportunity in multifamily housing.

Experience We're Looking For:

  • Apartment maintenance and resident work orders.

  • Plumbing repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting.

  • HVAC systems and preventative maintenance.

  • Appliance repair and replacement.

  • Apartment turnovers, painting, drywall, and general repairs.

  • Grounds, common area maintenance, and property upkeep.

  • Maintenance team leadership or supervisory experience.
