Apartment Maintenance Technician – Worcester, MA
Pay: $24–$30/hour
The Liberty Group is actively recruiting Apartment Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Worcester and Central Massachusetts.
We're looking for maintenance professionals ranging from make-ready and maintenance assistants to experienced technicians who can independently troubleshoot and complete resident work orders.
Responsibilities may include:
- Resident service requests
- Apartment turnovers
- Painting and drywall
- Plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry and general repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Property and grounds upkeep
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- Multifamily or residential maintenance
- Facilities maintenance
- Construction or skilled trades
- Apartment turns
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance repair
HVAC/EPA certifications and applicable trade licenses are highly valued but are not required for every assignment.
Pay: $24–$30/hour based on experience, technical skill level, certifications/licenses, and assignment requirements. Candidates qualifying for the higher end of the range will typically have advanced maintenance experience and/or applicable certifications or licenses.
