Apartment Leasing Consultant – Boston, MA
Pay: $22–$27/hour
The Liberty Group is hiring Apartment Leasing Consultants for opportunities throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area.
If you're outgoing, organized, comfortable working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, property management could be a great fit.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting prospective and current residents
- Conducting apartment and community tours
- Following up with prospective residents
- Responding to phone and email inquiries
- Assisting with applications and move-ins
- Maintaining prospect and resident information
- Providing administrative support to the property team
- Delivering excellent customer service
We're looking for candidates with:
- Apartment leasing or property management experience or
- Strong transferable experience in hospitality, sales, hotels, retail, customer service, or administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfort using computers and learning property-management software
Pay: $22–$27/hour depending on leasing/property management experience, assignment requirements, and skill level.
Temporary, long-term, and temp-to-hire opportunities may be available throughout Greater Boston.
