The Liberty Group is immediately hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee onsite maintenance operations for a multifamily community.
Pay ranges from $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

- Previous Apartment Maintenance Supervisor experience is REQUIRED
- EPA/CFC/HVAC certification
- Proven onsite multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
- Experience supervising and directing a maintenance team
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
- Ability to successfully pass a background screening
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for the apartment community
- Supervise, train, and provide direction to maintenance technicians, make-ready technicians, and grounds staff
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Manage and prioritize resident service requests and work orders
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate apartment turns and ensure vacant units are completed on schedule
- Perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general property repairs
- Maintain grounds, common areas, equipment, and maintenance facilities
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance materials
- Communicate professionally with property management, residents, vendors, and maintenance staff
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to property standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Extensive apartment turn/make-ready experience
- Strong troubleshooting and HVAC knowledge
- Experience managing work orders, preventative maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a fast-paced community
Note: This is a supervisory-level position. Previous multifamily maintenance supervisor experience is required. We verify certifications and onsite experience prior to placement.
