Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Opening
Pay: $22–$23 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Middletown, CT
The Liberty Group is hiring a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity at a residential community in Middletown.
If you have experience in apartment maintenance, residential repairs, facilities, hotels, construction, remodeling, or handyman work, we want to speak with you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to resident maintenance requests
- Preparing vacant apartments for move-in
- Troubleshooting basic plumbing and electrical problems
- Repairing or replacing fixtures and hardware
- Completing painting and drywall touch-ups
- Assisting with appliance repairs
- Helping maintain the property’s common areas
- Completing preventive maintenance tasks
What you’ll need:
- Previous hands-on maintenance or repair experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
- Reliable transportation to Middletown
- Basic hand tools
- Dependable attendance
- Professional communication and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Apartment experience is preferred, but candidates with transferable maintenance skills are encouraged to apply.
