Now Hiring: Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper to join our apartment community team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the property to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Job Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces

Pick up trash and debris throughout the property daily

Assist with trash-outs and light make-ready support for vacant units

Clean and maintain amenities such as laundry rooms, clubhouses, and restrooms

Perform basic tasks such as light painting, cleaning, and minor repairs as assigned

Assist the maintenance team with projects as needed

Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly

Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications

Prior experience as a porter, groundskeeper, janitor, or in general labor preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors

Reliable transportation and valid ID

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
