The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:

Completing maintenance service requests and work orders

Performing general apartment repairs and preventative maintenance

Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
-
Preparing vacant units for new move-ins
-
Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property

Assisting with groundskeeping and community upkeep as needed
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required

Experience with work orders, make-readies, and general repairs
-
HVAC certification is a plus
-
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting preferred

Valid I.D. required
-
Reliable transportation required

Bilingual candidates are always in high demand
EPA certification, HVAC experience, make-ready, rehab, and luxury property experience are a plus!
