Pay: $25–$27/hour
Location: Worcester, MA and surrounding towns
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate openings
What You’ll Do:
- Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
- Turn apartments and get units ready for move-in
- Troubleshoot issues in occupied units
- Keep things running smoothly onsite
What You Need:
- Maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, construction, or similar)
- Basic tools and ability to use them
- Reliable transportation
