About the Position: Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a stabilized portfolio of 5–7 apartment communities. This portfolio is supported by experienced, high-performing onsite teams, allowing the Regional Director to focus on leadership, operational excellence, team development, and driving portfolio performance.
