About the Position:
The company has an immediate need for an experienced Lease-Up Community Manager to lead a premier Class A multifamily development in the Southeast Suburbs of Dallas.
This is a high-profile community positioned at the upper end of the local market, commanding some of the highest rents in the region and attracting a discerning, high-end resident base.
We are looking for a proven leasing leader who knows how to create excitement around a new community, build relationships with prospective residents, and consistently turn prospects into leases. The ideal candidate will bring strong leasing instincts, an engaging presence, and the ability to take ownership of the community's performance during a critical stage of its development.
